Information we collect

• Identity and profile: name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email, address, meditation centre, city, state, country
• Registration data: event selection, participation days, declaration acceptance
• Identity documents where required: ID card / Aadhaar-related fields, PAN (for higher-value payments as per policy)
• Payment-related data: transaction ID / UTR, amount, payment status, payment screenshots (for manual verification flows)
• Technical data: session cookies required for login and security (CSRF protection)

How we use your information

• To register you for events and manage your participation
• To process and verify payments and issue receipts
• To communicate OTPs, registration status, and support responses
• To comply with law, audit, and fraud-prevention requirements

Payment processing (PayU)

Online payments are handled by PayU, a regulated payment aggregator in India. Card, UPI, and net banking credentials are entered on the secure PayU page — we do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or banking password. We receive payment status, reference numbers, and amounts needed to confirm your registration.

Sharing of information

We may share data with authorised event administrators, registrars, and accommodation coordinators only as needed to run the event. Payment data is shared with PayU and banks as required to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for registration, legal compliance, and audit purposes. Sensitive fields are protected using access controls and encryption practices appropriate to the application.
