Eligibility and registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
• Event participation is subject to Sahaja Yoga programme guidelines and declarations you accept at registration.
• We may reject or cancel a registration if information is false, incomplete, or violates event rules.

Fees and payments

• Registration fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before you confirm payment.
• Online payments are processed via PayU. Payments are accepted from India only.
• A registration is not confirmed as paid until we receive a successful payment confirmation from the gateway or approved manual verification where applicable.
• You are responsible for entering correct payment details and retaining your transaction reference.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

User conduct

You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, or submit fraudulent payment claims or documents.

Limitation of liability

The portal is provided for event administration. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
